Testing Swift on Arm with a Mac Mini M1 from MacStadium.

Big thanks to MacStadium for the supply of a Mac Mini M1 through MacStadium’s Open Source Project. We will be testing and reporting on Swift performance inside Linux docker containers and also testing Parallels VM’s to see how the new M1 Mac can be used as a CI build server for Arm64 Linux distros.
